A few months back, one of our life-subscribers, a noted poet in Hindi, Dr. Anjana Verma wrote me a letter seeking my views on publishing a new Literary Journal. Now I am expressing what I wrote to her. That, these days purely literary magazines are very expensive. Nobody is there to support. If you give someone a copy, expecting that he/she will donate something, atleast the printing price, you will be disappointed.
